Business Development Manager – Holiday Homes

About the role

Luxarabia Real Estate is looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to lead the growth of its holiday homes portfolio in Dubai. You will be responsible for acquiring new properties, building strong relationships with owners and investors, and driving revenue in the short‑term rental market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to expand the holiday homes portfolio across Dubai.
• Identify, negotiate and acquire new short‑term rental properties.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, landlords, investors and strategic partners.
• Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, market research and direct outreach.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to pinpoint profitable locations and investment opportunities.
• Collaborate with operations, marketing and reservations teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery.
• Monitor portfolio performance, occupancy rates, rental yields and revenue growth.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai tourism regulations and holiday‑home licensing requirements.
• Prepare business development reports, sales forecasts and performance updates for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
• 2‑4 years of business development experience in holiday homes or short‑term rentals.
• Proven track record of acquiring properties and building a strong owner/investor portfolio.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market and holiday‑homes industry.
