Business Development Manager - Holiday & Short-Term Rentals

About the role

BITS, an award-winning real estate agency in Dubai covering residential sales and leasing, short-term and holiday rentals, off-plan and investments, property management and commercial properties, is looking for a Business Development Manager to join its Holiday & Short-Term Rentals team. The role suits someone who is driven, customer-focused, able to thrive under pressure and able to use their own initiative to grow the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect landlords actively using the CRM system, Dubizzle and internal database sheets.
• Onboard a minimum of 8 new properties per month.
• Manage and convert referrals from internal sales and leasing agents.
• Meet landlords to present services and secure signed management agreements.
• Prepare and present accurate financial projections and ROI expectations.
• Build strong rapport with potential landlords on a daily basis.
• Produce regular market reports to back up client presentations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in business development or real estate.
• Valid UAE driving licence and a personal car are mandatory.
• Experience working in Dubai is essential; knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is highly preferred.
• Track record of closing deals and improving customer satisfaction.
• Highly motivated by a commission-based environment.
