Business Development Manager - HVAC/MEP

About the role

A Business Development Manager is sought to lead growth initiatives across the UAE, opening new markets, building strong relationships and turning opportunities into long-term partnerships. The role suits someone proactive, resourceful and committed to revenue growth, working within a collaborative engineering team focused on innovation and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with HVAC/MEP companies, FM companies, consultants, contractors, hotels and commercial projects.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through regular client visits, networking and market research.
• Establish strong relationships with decision-makers to ensure trust and long-term collaboration.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 4-8 years of experience in business development or sales within HVAC/MEP or construction.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred.

• Experience writing online content.
• Additional languages.
• Google AdWords experience.
• Strong analytical skills.
