Business Development Manager - Integrated Marketing Agency

About the role

An integrated marketing agency serving the GCC, Jordan and Egypt is looking for a Business Development Manager based in its Dubai office. The role drives new business across the region, builds relationships with key decision-makers and turns opportunities into long-term client partnerships. Candidates should know how to sell integrated agency services and lead clients from first contact through pitching, negotiation and closing.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities across the GCC, Jordan and Egypt.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients, focusing on major brands and large accounts.
• Develop relationships with senior marketing, procurement and business leaders.
• Lead proposals, pitches, tenders, commercial negotiations and contract closures.
• Work with creative, social media, digital and activation teams to develop client solutions.
• Meet agreed revenue and new business targets while keeping accurate forecasts.
• Grow existing accounts through additional services and regional expansion.

Required profile

• Previous business development experience in a marketing, advertising, creative or activation agency.
• Proven track record of securing major accounts and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience with large brands and complex pitches and procurement processes.
• Strong professional network in the UAE and wider GCC.
• Regional experience across multiple GCC markets; experience in Jordan and Egypt is an advantage.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Required skills

• Solid understanding of integrated marketing (creative, social media, digital, events, on-ground activations).
• Presentation, proposal writing, negotiation and relationship-building.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.
