Business Development Manager – Interior Design

About the role

The Business Development Manager will drive sales performance and revenue growth for interior design and fit‑out projects across the UAE. You will manage the full sales cycle, from market research and lead generation to contract finalisation and project award, targeting residential, commercial, hospitality, retail, F&B and luxury villa sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all sales and business development activities to generate revenue and secure new interior design projects, consistently achieving monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers, architects, consultants, contractors and property owners to expand the client portfolio.
• Research market trends, identify high‑value opportunities and implement strategic sales plans to increase market visibility.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, including client meetings, proposals, negotiations and contract finalisation.
• Oversee CRM systems, maintain accurate pipeline data and produce regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Arabic‑speaking professional with extensive UAE experience in interior design and fit‑out.
• Proven track record of winning high‑value projects and a well‑established network of industry contacts.

Required skills

• Strong working knowledge of CRM systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and sales reporting tools.
