Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to join LexisNexis in Dubai as an individual contributor. The role focuses on hunting new clients for the Legal Document Drafting solution, Lexis® Create+, across the GCC region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets and grow market presence in the GCC.
• Identify, engage and build relationships with decision‑makers in law firms, corporate legal departments and government entities.
• Deliver compelling product presentations and demos that showcase the value of Lexis® Create+.
• Collaborate with marketing to design targeted campaigns that generate qualified leads.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity to uncover new opportunities.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular performance reports to management.

Required profile

• Proven track record in direct SaaS sales within the GCC.
• Experience with management or workflow solutions is a strong plus.
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑based sales tools such as Lusha, Gong, Gamma or ChatGPT and a general understanding of large language models.
• Excellent communication in English, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
