Business Development Manager

About the role

The Business Development Manager will expand Meegaan Technologies' presence in the UAE by identifying new opportunities, building strategic relationships, and creating a sustainable enterprise technology pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, technology organisations, and partners.
• Generate qualified leads for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other enterprise technology solutions.
• Engage with business and technology decision‑makers to understand requirements and challenges.
• Arrange customer meetings, discovery sessions and work with the technical team to progress opportunities to proposals and closure.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field.
• 4+ years of business development, sales or partnership experience in IT or technology services.
• Strong understanding of the UAE enterprise technology market and existing local network.
• Proven ability to generate new business and maintain a qualified sales pipeline.

Required skills

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or the broader Microsoft business applications ecosystem.
• Knowledge of enterprise software, CRM, ERP, cloud and digital transformation services.
