Business Development Manager

About the role

Fuku is hiring a full-time Business Development Manager in Dubai. The role focuses on identifying and developing new business opportunities, building client relationships and closing deals to meet sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic business plans.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to find growth opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Negotiate and close business deals to achieve sales targets.
• Monitor and report on sales performance and business development activities.
• Take part in industry events and networking to raise brand visibility.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales or a related role.
• Strong understanding of the technology industry and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
