About the role
EmiraTalent is seeking enthusiastic Emirati nationals to join retail stores in Dubai as Customer Advisors. The position is open to recent school leavers and graduates who are eager to start a career in retail and provide excellent service to shoppers.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers on the shop floor, answering product related questions.
- Support retail sales by guiding shoppers and promoting items.
- Deliver a positive and friendly customer experience at all times.
Required profile
- Emirati national.
- School leaver or graduate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Customer‑focused attitude and willingness to assist shoppers.
- Ability to support retail sales and handle inquiries.
- Willingness to work in Dubai, UAE.
