Business Development Manager - Property Management

About the role

VayK is looking for a Business Development Manager in Dubai to grow its managed property portfolio. You will identify, approach and close property owners, turning prospects into long-term managed clients. You own the full acquisition cycle, from lead generation and first outreach through property tours, proposals and signed management agreements, and work closely with the operations team on a smooth handover after each deal.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify property owner leads through real estate agents, brokers, investor networks and direct outreach
• Conduct property assessments and present VayK's management offering to prospective owners
• Own the full sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement
• Build and maintain a structured pipeline, tracking progress in the CRM and reporting weekly
• Partner with the marketing team on owner-facing campaigns and content
• Attend industry events, property expos and networking sessions to build relationships
• Give market feedback to inform service and pricing strategy
• Work with operations to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new owners

Required profile

• 3-6 years of B2C or B2B sales experience, ideally in Dubai real estate, property management or hospitality
• Track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets in a consultative sales environment
• Strong English communication; Arabic, Russian, French or German is a significant advantage
• Understanding of Dubai's property market and the short-term rental landscape
• UAE driving licence preferred
