About the role
FinTop Consulting is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth for a leading retail FX/CFD brokerage in the Arabic‑speaking market. The role is based onsite in Dubai and focuses on expanding the broker’s presence across the MENA region.
Key responsibilities
- Generate new business through direct outreach, networking, referrals and industry connections.
- Develop and maintain relationships with partners, clients and key stakeholders.
- Identify and convert commercial opportunities across the MENA market.
- Manage and grow existing business relationships.
- Conduct market research to uncover new growth opportunities.
Required profile
- 3+ years of BDM or sales experience, preferably in FX, CFD, FinTech or financial services.
- Strong network and market knowledge across the MENA region.
- Good understanding of financial markets and trading products.
- Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
