Business Development Manager – TouchPoints

About the role

Join ADCB’s TouchPoints business within Meedaf to drive digital loyalty solutions and expand partner networks. You will lead partner acquisition, manage commercial arrangements and deliver revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and secure strategic partners to expand the TouchPoints programme.
• Lead the full partner lifecycle from prospecting through negotiation, onboarding and handover.
• Structure commercial arrangements, including commissions, marketing funding and points exchange models.
• Own and achieve revenue targets through new partner contributions and partner‑led initiatives.
• Optimize partner propositions, run campaigns and integrations to grow revenue and programme impact.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in partnership development, business development or loyalty programme management within financial services, retail, travel or digital commerce.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related discipline.
• Relevant certifications in Digital Marketing, E‑commerce or CRM/Loyalty platforms are a plus.
