Sales & Service Officer – Branch Banking

About the role

The Sales & Service Officer will drive personal banking growth for United Arab Bank by acquiring new customers, cross‑selling products and delivering high‑quality service at the Abu Dhabi branch.

Key responsibilities

• Provide courteous, efficient customer service and act as the first point of contact.
• Manage account opening, closures, KYC updates, loan settlements and credit‑card transactions.
• Promote the bank’s full range of products, including loans, credit cards, deposits, insurance and digital banking solutions.
• Handle customer complaints, resolve issues promptly and ensure compliance with Consumer Protection Regulation (CPR).
• Identify customer needs, recommend suitable products and support cross‑selling targets.
• Maintain accurate records, support audit requirements and report suspicious transactions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in retail or branch banking with a proven sales and service record.
