Business Development Manager - UAE & GCC

About the role

CoverPro is looking for a Business Development Manager to grow its commercial presence across the UAE and GCC. The role centres on building strategic partnerships and promoting technology-driven travel protection solutions with travel agencies, online travel agencies (OTAs), airlines and distribution channels. It is a full-time position based in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pursue and secure partnerships with travel agencies, OTAs, airlines and regional distributors
• Build and expand a professional network within the UAE and GCC travel trade
• Deliver sales presentations and negotiate commercial agreements to drive revenue growth
• Monitor regional travel market trends and competitor activity to refine commercial strategies
• Work with product and marketing teams to align business development with organisational expansion goals

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality or a related field
• Proven commercial experience in the travel industry, working with travel agencies, distribution networks or airlines
• Established network within the UAE travel trade
• Strong track record in sales negotiation and partnership management
• Valid UAE driving licence (mandatory)
