Business Development Manager - Vertiv

About the role

Ingram Micro is hiring a Business Development Manager for Vertiv in Dubai. The role drives the growth of Vertiv solutions across the UAE by working with partners, sales teams and vendor stakeholders to expand market share, identify new opportunities and build strategic initiatives that strengthen market presence and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to expand Vertiv market share and drive revenue growth across the UAE.
• Build and strengthen relationships with channel partners, customers and key vendor stakeholders to capture new opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and technical teams to position Vertiv solutions and support pipeline development.
• Analyze market trends, competitive positioning and customer requirements to develop growth plans and business recommendations.
• Manage opportunities through the sales cycle, keeping stakeholders aligned and meeting business targets.
• Drive partner enablement, training programs and go-to-market activities that improve engagement and solution adoption.

Required profile

• Experience in business development, channel sales, account management or vendor management within the IT, infrastructure, power, data center or technology solutions industry.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships and achieving commercial objectives.
• Ability to analyze market opportunities, influence stakeholders and manage multiple priorities across cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills with a customer-centric approach.
