Business Development Officer

About the role

811 Management Consultancy, a Dubai-based consultancy covering business setup, corporate structuring, regulatory compliance and business advisory, is hiring a full-time, on-site Business Development Officer. The role centres on finding new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, building client relationships and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the client portfolio.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, market research and strategic outreach.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Promote the company's business setup, corporate advisory and related consultancy services.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable business solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms and close deals.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and keep an active sales pipeline with regular activity reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
• Stay informed on UAE market trends, regulations and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, sales or client acquisition, preferably in the UAE consultancy or corporate services sector.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in the UAE market highly desirable.
• Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable in a target-driven environment.

Required skills

• Lead generation, negotiation, relationship management and deal closing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Good understanding of UAE business setup procedures (mainland and free zone formation) is an advantage.
• Organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills.
