Sales Business Development Manager - Events & Exhibitions

About the role

FlashBunny Media is looking for an ambitious, well-connected and results-driven Business Development Executive / Manager to expand its Events & Exhibitions business in Dubai. This is a business development and sales-focused position: bringing in new business, building strong client relationships and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business in the events, exhibitions, corporate events and brand activation sectors.
• Build relationships with corporate clients, government entities, event and exhibition organisers and marketing agencies.
• Prospect, generate leads, arrange client meetings and turn opportunities into confirmed projects.
• Build a strong sales pipeline and consistently meet business development targets.
• Identify upcoming exhibitions, conferences, roadshows and corporate events and present the company's capabilities and event solutions.
• Work with the creative, production and operations teams to prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate commercial terms and close profitable deals.
• Develop long-term client partnerships and represent the company at networking events and industry gatherings.

Required profile

• Previous experience in business development or sales within the UAE events and exhibitions industry.
• An established network of corporate clients, event agencies, exhibition organisers or industry decision-makers is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to generate leads, develop opportunities and close deals independently.
• Good knowledge of the UAE market and its events and exhibitions landscape.

Required skills

• Understanding of exhibition stands, event production, brand activations, corporate events and experiential marketing.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable working toward revenue targets.
