Business Development Specialist - Construction & Fit-Out

About the role

A client of Manpower Middle East is looking for a Business Development Executive / Lead Generation Specialist to identify new project opportunities, generate qualified leads and build relationships with key stakeholders across the UAE construction and fit-out market. The role suits someone with strong business development skills, relationship management expertise and experience in project-based sales.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE in the construction, hospitality, commercial, residential, healthcare and interior fit-out sectors.
• Conduct market research on upcoming projects, industry trends, tender opportunities and market developments.
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants, developers, PMCs, contractors, architects and interior designers.
• Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking events, site visits, online platforms, LinkedIn, referrals and targeted activities.
• Qualify opportunities by assessing scope, timelines, budgets, specifications and decision-making structures, and support the sales team in converting them into business.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, lead generation, project sales or specification sales in construction, interiors, fit-out, building materials or related industries.
• Strong communication, networking and relationship management skills with developers, consultants, architects and contractors.
