Business Development Specialist

About the role

Envision Employment Solutions is hiring a Business Development Specialist for its Business Development department, working from a hybrid setup (4 days in the office, 1 day remote) in El Sheikh Zayed. The role combines new business development and account management: acquiring new clients, expanding existing accounts, entering new markets and acting as a trusted partner for clients. Travel abroad may be required.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, target and acquire new clients across industries, and enter and develop new markets including international ones
• Run cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns and networking, and build a healthy sales pipeline
• Hold client meetings and presentations, prepare proposals and commercial offers, and lead negotiations to close deals
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, handle their inquiries and concerns, and coordinate with internal recruitment teams
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Marketing or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of B2B sales or business development experience
• Experience selling recruitment services, HR systems or software solutions is a strong advantage
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Willingness to travel internationally when needed
