Business Development Specialist – Manpower Supply

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to drive growth of our manpower supply and outsourcing services across the UAE. You will focus on generating new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering revenue targets in sectors such as construction, manufacturing, logistics, facilities management, oil & gas, and other industrial fields.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for blue‑collar staffing and manpower outsourcing.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and key decision‑makers.
• Generate leads through market research, networking, client meetings, and industry contacts.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, tenders, and service agreements.
• Negotiate commercial terms and manpower supply contracts.
• Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure timely fulfilment of manpower requirements.
• Monitor UAE labour market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and ensure high client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 5 + years of business development experience in manpower outsourcing, staffing or labour supply in the UAE.
• Strong network of clients in construction, MEP, FM, logistics, manufacturing or oil & gas.
• Proven track record of generating and closing manpower outsourcing deals.
• Good understanding of UAE labour laws and outsourcing practices.
• UAE driving licence.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
