Business Economics Lead – Strategic Finance

About the role

We are seeking a highly analytical Business Economics Lead to join our Security & Platforms department in Dubai. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will drive insights and decisions across pricing, margins, contracts, and revenue strategy, helping shape the company’s growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial and business models to support strategic decisions.
• Analyze pricing structures, margin performance, contract terms, and revenue opportunities.
• Identify and recommend initiatives to improve profitability and overall business performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including Leadership, Growth, and Finance—to develop commercial strategies.
• Provide data‑driven recommendations to the CEO and senior leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in investment banking, fintech, consulting, corporate finance, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong commercial mindset with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work quickly and independently in an ambiguous environment.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and clear communication of complex insights.
