Business Finance Manager

About the role

The Business Finance Manager will act as a strategic and analytical partner to the Sales & Marketing teams for the Middle East, Central Asia and Pakistan cluster, supporting financial planning, data analytics and profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Support cluster sales heads with data and analysis to enable sound financial decisions and manage P&L elements.
• Provide financial leadership through analytics, trends and insights for Sales & Marketing.
• Drive the annual and quarterly financial planning process, reflecting business opportunities and risks.
• Track and report KPIs such as revenue, margins, sell‑through, channel inventory and operating expenses.
• Maintain weekly sales reporting and Tableau dashboard updates.
• Review deal pricing, validate discounts and perform quarter‑end close activities including accruals, reconciliations and spend tracking.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or economics (CA/CMA/CPA a plus).
• 5+ years of Commercial Finance or FP&A experience, preferably in consumer electronics, IT or FMCG.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Experience creating dashboards using Tableau.
• Proficiency in financial planning and analysis tools.
