Business Intelligence & Analytics – Fresh Graduate (UAEN)

About the role

We are looking for a fresh‑graduate Business Intelligence & Analytics professional to support data‑driven decision‑making in a healthcare and financial environment. The role will involve collecting, analysing and interpreting data to help improve cost‑effectiveness, utilisation and strategic planning.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, analyse and interpret healthcare and financial data to support decision‑making.
• Develop dashboards, reports and performance indicators using BI tools.
• Contribute to cost‑effectiveness studies, utilisation reviews and healthcare trend analyses.
• Participate in budgeting, forecasting and actuarial modelling for strategic planning.
• Collaborate with Health Economics, Finance and Operations teams to identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain data quality, ensure accuracy and support process‑automation initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Intelligence, Health Economics, Finance, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Healthcare Management or a related field.
• Strong analytical, quantitative and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Interest in healthcare analytics and understanding of insurance or healthcare systems.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel.
• Familiarity with Power BI, SQL or Python (advantage).
