Business Manager Cardiovascular Therapies

About the role

Medtronic is seeking a Business Manager to lead the Cardiovascular Therapies portfolio in the United Arab Emirates. Reporting to the Country Director, you will drive revenue growth, manage sales performance and ensure optimal stock availability across distributor channels.

Key responsibilities

• Set, monitor and achieve annual, quarterly and monthly sales targets.
• Lead sales forecasting, demand planning and inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Manage distributor performance, including target setting, reviews and corrective actions.
• Develop and execute pricing and go‑to‑market strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, key customers and institutional stakeholders.
• Coach and develop a high‑performing sales and commercial team.
• Provide regular revenue, target and performance updates to the Country Director.

Required profile

• 10+ years of commercial leadership experience in pharmaceuticals, medical devices or healthcare.
• Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and meeting sales targets, preferably in cardiovascular or specialty therapies.
• Strong experience with distributor‑led sales models, forecasting and inventory control.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and leadership abilities.
