Business Manager – New Markets (Africa & Middle East)

About the role

Monster Energy is seeking a Business Manager to lead new market entry projects across Africa and the Middle East. Reporting to the VP of Bottler & Group Commercial Development, you will shape the company’s growth by turning market opportunities into successful launches.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new market opportunities across Africa and the Middle East.
• Conduct market assessments, competitor analysis and pricing evaluations to determine commercial viability.
• Build detailed business cases, financial models and long‑range growth plans.
• Develop route‑to‑market strategies and distribution models tailored to each market.
• Partner with bottling partners to align commercial objectives and deliver market launches.
• Lead cross‑functional project teams (Commercial, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Legal, Quality, Finance, Marketing) to ensure timely delivery.
• Create and improve processes that support scalable and sustainable market expansion.
• Drive profitability initiatives and optimise commercial and supply‑chain performance.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Experience in FMCG, beverages or a fast‑paced consumer goods environment.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, with proven ability to build business cases and financial models.
• Demonstrated project‑management experience leading multi‑stakeholder initiatives.
• Experience working with bottling partners, distributors or third‑party commercial partners.
• Excellent relationship‑building and influencing skills at all organisational levels.
• Strategic mindset combined with operational execution capabilities.
