Business Operations Manager – Radiology

About the role

The Business Operations Manager – Radiology will lead business development and operational excellence for the radiology facility in Al Dhafra. The role focuses on identifying growth opportunities, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and ensuring service delivery aligns with organizational objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development strategies, identify new opportunities, and establish contacts with insurers, construction camps and business leaders.
• Negotiate, authorize and sign contracts for services such as laundry, catering, housekeeping, waste disposal, security, transport and more, ensuring cost efficiency and quality.
• Monitor performance of external service providers, develop KPIs, and report progress through regular reporting.
• Lead a team of managers, oversee workload, performance management, training and orientation, and foster a high‑performing culture.
• Collaborate with the COO, senior leadership and other corporate divisions to align operational plans and cross‑division coordination mechanisms.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management, Healthcare Management, Clinical field or equivalent; Master’s degree preferred.
• 6‑8 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in progressive leadership within a large organization, preferably a healthcare facility.
• Proven experience in business development, contract negotiation, stakeholder management and operational strategy.
• Ability to monitor KPIs, prepare reports and drive continuous improvement.
• Strong understanding of regulatory, licensing and occupational health & safety requirements.
