About the role

Join a leading HR staffing and recruitment firm as a Business Research & Proposal Specialist. You will blend market research, proposal development, and creative thinking to capture new business opportunities and support the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare proposals, RFPs, RFQs, and tender submissions.
• Review tender requirements and ensure full compliance.
• Coordinate with HR, Operations, Finance, and Business Development teams.
• Draft proposal content, company profiles, and client presentations.
• Support LinkedIn content, digital marketing campaigns, and website updates.
• Conduct market and client research to identify business opportunities.
• Manage proposal timelines and submission deadlines.
• Maintain proposal templates, bid documentation, and version control.
• Track tender opportunities and monitor submission status.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of proposal processes.

Required profile

• Good understanding of HR outsourcing.
• Ability to craft compelling proposals.
• Minimum of 1 month relevant experience.
