About the role

Join a leading HR staffing and recruitment firm as a Business Research & Proposal Specialist. You will blend market research, proposal development, and creative thinking to capture new business opportunities and support the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

Prepare proposals, RFPs, RFQs, and tender submissions.
Review tender requirements and ensure full compliance.
Coordinate with HR, Operations, Finance, and Business Development teams.
Draft proposal content, company profiles, and client presentations.
Support LinkedIn content, digital marketing campaigns, and website updates.
Conduct market and client research to identify business opportunities.
Manage proposal timelines and submission deadlines.
Maintain proposal templates, bid documentation, and version control.
Track tender opportunities and monitor submission status.
Contribute to continuous improvement of proposal processes.

Required profile

Good understanding of HR outsourcing.
Ability to craft compelling proposals.
Minimum of 1 month relevant experience.
