About the role
Join a leading HR staffing and recruitment firm as a Business Research & Proposal Specialist. You will blend market research, proposal development, and creative thinking to capture new business opportunities and support the company’s growth.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare proposals, RFPs, RFQs, and tender submissions.
- Review tender requirements and ensure full compliance.
- Coordinate with HR, Operations, Finance, and Business Development teams.
- Draft proposal content, company profiles, and client presentations.
- Support LinkedIn content, digital marketing campaigns, and website updates.
- Conduct market and client research to identify business opportunities.
- Manage proposal timelines and submission deadlines.
- Maintain proposal templates, bid documentation, and version control.
- Track tender opportunities and monitor submission status.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of proposal processes.
Required profile
- Good understanding of HR outsourcing.
- Ability to craft compelling proposals.
- Minimum of 1 month relevant experience.
