Business Solutions Executive

About the role

A recruitment technology platform team is looking for a dynamic, results-driven Business Solutions Executive in Dubai. The role centres on finding new business, engaging prospective clients and presenting recruitment technology solutions that help them hire better and run more efficiently. It calls for strong B2B sales experience, excellent communication skills and a track record of building relationships and hitting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact target companies across the Middle East through cold calling, email outreach and business networking
• Generate new business opportunities and keep a strong sales pipeline
• Present and demonstrate recruitment technology solutions to potential clients
• Prepare and send proposals, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, and close sales
• Build and maintain relationships with HR, Procurement, Finance and Senior Management
• Follow up regularly with prospects and clients to secure engagement and conversion
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline status and client interactions
• Coordinate with internal teams so clients are onboarded smoothly and satisfied

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field
• 4-5 years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS or the recruitment industry
• Experience with clients across the UAE or Middle East is an advantage
• Fluent English, written and spoken
• Experience in recruitment agencies, platforms or HR solutions is highly preferred
