Business Solutions Manager – Retail (IKEA)

About the role

The Business Solutions Manager will lead the design, configuration and support of business‑IT solutions that align with IKEA’s retail strategy across the UAE, Qatar, Egypt and Oman. Reporting to Al‑Futtaim, you will act as the bridge between business needs and technical implementation, ensuring efficient processes and consistent standards.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into detailed workflows and system specifications.
• Scope, design and configure ERP modules and related IT tools for all IKEA stores and warehouses.
• Develop business cases, cost‑benefit analyses and justification documents for new initiatives.
• Plan, manage and monitor project roll‑outs, service packs and hot‑fixes while ensuring SLA compliance.
• Maintain and enforce IT processes, procedures and standards across all territories.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience (84 months) in retail or enterprise solution management.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional stakeholders and drive multi‑country implementations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to elicit and document requirements.
