Butler Supervisor (Female - Russian Speaker)

About the role

The Butler Supervisor leads the Butler team at Sofitel Dubai The Palm, ensuring personalised, anticipatory service that meets the resort’s luxury standards. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering seamless guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and guide the Butler team in delivering exceptional, personalised guest services.
• Coordinate VIP arrivals, departures, special occasions and in‑room amenities.
• Maintain communication with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Concierge and other departments for seamless service.
• Monitor daily operations, room assignments, guest profiles and service standards.
• Handle guest feedback, complaints and special requests professionally.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, brand standards, grooming guidelines and health & safety procedures.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in luxury hospitality, preferably Butler services or Front Office.
• Supervisory experience in a five‑star hotel or luxury resort (advantage).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and maintain discretion.
• Fluent English; additional languages such as French, Arabic or Russian are advantageous.
• Well‑groomed, guest‑oriented and flexible to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
