Buyer – Procurement of Electrical Materials

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time, on‑site Buyer to manage the procurement of electrical materials for our e‑commerce platform. The role is based in Dubai and focuses on sourcing high‑quality wires, cables, lighting, hardware, PVC products and accessories.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate suppliers of electrical products.
• Negotiate pricing, terms and contracts to achieve best value.
• Place, track and follow up orders to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with sales and operations teams.
• Update product and pricing information on the e‑commerce platform.
• Analyse market trends and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Support continuous improvement of procurement processes.

Required profile

• Experience in procurement, purchasing or supply‑chain management within electrical or related industries.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, engineering or a related field (preferred).

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (including CSV handling).
• ERP system usage for order processing and data management.
• E‑commerce platform administration.
• Inventory management and demand forecasting.
