Cabin Crew Member – Dubai

About the role

Emirates is looking for personable, adaptable individuals to join its cabin crew team in Dubai. As the face of the airline, you will ensure passengers feel comfortable while maintaining the highest safety standards throughout each flight.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly assistance and direction to passengers throughout the journey.
• Manage aircraft services, security, and safety procedures confidently.
• Deliver emergency equipment and safety equipment checks in compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with the crew to create a seamless, high‑quality travel experience.

Required profile

• Minimum of one year experience in hospitality or customer service.
• High school graduate (Grade 12) with fluent written and spoken English.
• Height between 160 cm and 212 cm (standing on tiptoes) to reach emergency equipment.
• No visible tattoos while in uniform.
• Ability to meet UAE employment visa requirements and work a demanding schedule.
• Professional, empathetic, progressive, and culturally aware attitude.

Required skills

What we offer

• Fixed basic salary of AED 4,980 per month.
• Flying pay of AED 69.60 per hour (average 80‑100 hours/month).
• Average total compensation around AED 11,244 per month.
• Overseas meal allowance credited monthly.
• Company‑provided hotel accommodation and transport to/from the airport.
