Call Center Agent – Customer Service & Sales

About the role

Join Bayut & dubizzle, two iconic UAE brands, as a Call Center Agent. You will be the first point of contact for thousands of users, handling both inbound and outbound communications while supporting the field sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Answer high volumes of inbound calls and enquiries from multiple channels.
• Meet customer SLA targets to ensure satisfaction.
• Make outbound calls to potential customers, achieving conversion quotas and KPIs.
• Schedule calendar appointments for the field sales team.
• Manage customer complaints, escalate to relevant stakeholders, and provide accurate reporting.
• Respond to customer emails and WhatsApp messages promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education.
• Fluent Arabic speaker.
• At least 12 months experience in a call‑centre or telesales role.
• Proven ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong closing and customer‑service skills.
• Flexible availability, including six‑day work weeks and possible Fridays.
• Team‑player attitude with a passion for helping others.
