Call Center Agent – Guest Services

About the role

Join the vibrant guest services team at Atlantis, The Palm as a Call Center Agent. You will be the first point of contact for guests from around the world, delivering warm, personalized assistance and creating memorable experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound and make outbound calls to guests, handling a high volume of interactions with a smile.
• Provide accurate information, resolve inquiries, and coordinate with internal departments to meet guest needs.
• Maintain a positive, energetic atmosphere while adhering to Forbes service standards.
• Document guest interactions and ensure smooth information flow across teams.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in a call centre or high‑volume customer service role.
• Strong work ethic, enthusiasm for learning, and a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests of multiple nationalities.
