About the role
We are looking for a polished and proactive Guest Relations Executive to join our team in Dubai. You will be the first point of contact for high‑net‑worth clients, ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact through ongoing support while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Key responsibilities
- Provide prompt, professional assistance to clients via phone, email and in‑person interactions.
- Present and explain company services clearly to new and existing clients.
- Maintain accurate client records and interaction logs.
- Resolve client concerns with empathy and focus on resolution.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of UAE‑based experience in customer service or client relations.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Russian and English.
- Professional appearance, strong interpersonal skills and a discreet, reliable attitude.
- Experience with high‑net‑worth or VIP clients and background in luxury sectors is an advantage.
