Call Center / Receptionist – Customer Service & Admin Support

About the role

Euro Motors is seeking a professional and motivated Call Centre/Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage incoming calls, and handle administrative tasks to support operations.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide information to callers regarding company services and products.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
• Manage scheduling and appointments for staff members.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient communication and service delivery.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree; additional certification in office management or customer service is a plus.
• Proven experience in a call centre or receptionist role is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
