Car Sales & Consignment Specialist

About the role

GTA Cars, a leading premium used‑car dealership in Dubai, is seeking a driven Sales & Consignment Specialist to deliver a consultative sales experience from the first enquiry through to handover. You will match customers with the right vehicle and finance solutions while sourcing new stock on consignment.

Key responsibilities

• Guide customers through the sales process, from enquiry to handover, ensuring a consultative approach.
• Generate and manage leads via showroom walk‑ins, inbound enquiries, prospecting and follow‑ups.
• Source vehicles from the market and bring them into GTA’s inventory on consignment.
• Achieve and exceed monthly targets for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration and add‑ons.
• Maintain accurate CRM records for every deal.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in automotive sales; UAE experience preferred but strong UK/European/Australian backgrounds considered.
• Solid knowledge of premium and performance vehicle makes and models.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Motivated by results, comfortable in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment and available to start immediately.
