About the role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Career Guidance Counselor to join our British‑curriculum school in Dubai. The role involves supporting students in their personal and academic development while fostering a positive, faith‑based learning environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide individual and group career counseling to students.
- Assist with student placements and post‑secondary planning.
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to support student wellbeing.
- Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and outcomes.
- Promote a healthy, inclusive learning atmosphere.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Services, Psychology, or a related behavioural field.
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a guidance counselor in a school setting.
