Cashier – Customer Payments & Financial Transactions

About the role

Ali & Sons Marine Engineering Factory is seeking a detail‑oriented Cashier to join its Dubai team. You will be the primary point of contact for processing customer payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and delivering professional service.

Key responsibilities

• Process cash, credit/debit card, and bank‑transfer payments accurately.
• Issue receipts, invoices and other payment‑related documents.
• Maintain daily cash logs and perform cash reconciliation.
• Handle customer inquiries related to payments and invoices.
• Coordinate with Finance and Accounts teams as needed.
• Follow company policies for cash handling and ensure confidentiality of financial information.
• Perform additional duties related to the cashier function as required.

Required profile

• Previous cashier or similar experience, preferably in automotive, retail or hospitality.
• High School Certificate or equivalent.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
• Honest, reliable, organized and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• General computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
