About the role
Join Al Rostamani International Exchange as a Cashier, handling a variety of financial transactions for retail and commercial customers while ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Process cash, cheque, remittance and foreign currency transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide customer service at the counter, advise on products, and achieve target wait and service times.
- Maintain optimal profit margins, cross‑sell services, and convert walk‑in customers to IntroCard holders.
- Handle cash till balances, report anomalies, and ensure AML/KYC compliance.
Required profile
- Graduate or equivalent in any related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience as a cashier/teller, preferably with high cash‑handling volumes.
Required skills
- Basic computer application knowledge.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Customer‑service orientation and good quantitative skills.
