Catalog Specialist II

Amazon Now is seeking a metrics‑driven Catalog Specialist II to enhance the customer shopping experience by ensuring accurate product listings and improving search performance. This role combines program management, data analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration to drive catalog quality and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure product listings are accurate for new and existing items and troubleshoot discrepancies.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to establish efficient processes, SOPs, and tools for catalog management.
• Drive data‑oriented analysis, create dashboards, and publish reports to monitor business performance.
• Communicate with stakeholders across multiple lines of business on milestones, process changes, and escalations.

Required profile

• 1+ years of program or project management experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to influence business decisions.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (array and statistical formulas).
• SQL.
• Data visualization tools: Datazen, PowerBI, Tableau, SSRS.
• Analytics & statistical tools: SAS, ETL, DW concepts.
