Certified Financial Planner – Remote AI Training Expert

About the role

Ethos is partnering with a leading AI lab to train a new language model on professional finance tasks. As a Certified Financial Planner you will work remotely, reviewing and refining AI‑generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks that support individual clients in budgeting, cash‑flow, and retirement planning.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and improve AI‑generated household cash‑flow plans, goals‑based financial plans, and retirement drawdown models.
• Create and edit debt‑payoff schedules, net‑worth statements, and risk‑tolerance questionnaires.
• Produce high‑quality documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks that meet professional standards.
• Provide feedback to the AI development team to enhance model accuracy.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years experience advising individual clients on cash‑flow, debt payoff, and retirement modeling.
• Proven ability to translate scattered financial data into clear, actionable plans.
• Expert‑level craftsmanship in documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
• Excellent written communication and meticulous attention to detail.
