About the role
The Change Manager coordinates transformation across Amazon's delivery network, ensuring smooth and purposeful transitions for Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) and Delivery Associates. You will work from project request through implementation, guiding stakeholders and mitigating risks.
Key responsibilities
- Distill inputs from multiple stakeholder groups, inform decisions and recommend solutions for delivery projects.
- Identify potential roadblocks early, develop mitigation strategies and escalate when necessary.
- Develop working‑backwards plans, ensure relevant viewpoints are incorporated before deployment.
- Communicate ideas clearly to diverse audiences and harmonise conflicting priorities.
Required profile
- 3+ years of program or project management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, charts, complex formulas, data cleansing).
