Chartered Accountant – Finance Lead for Multi‑Entity Group

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant to lead finance across our group entities. You will own statutory accounts, tax filings, consolidation and management reporting while ensuring compliance with HMRC and Companies House.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare UK statutory accounts and Corporation Tax returns.
• Lead month‑end close, produce monthly management accounts and board reports.
• Manage multi‑entity accounting, group consolidation and cash‑flow forecasting.
• Run all entities on Xero and handle VAT returns, PAYE and other statutory filings.
• Coordinate with external auditors for year‑end audits.

Required profile

• Qualified CA or ACCA (mandatory).
• 4‑5 years of UK accounting/finance experience, including statutory accounts and Corporation Tax.
• Strong knowledge of UK GAAP (FRS 102) and IFRS.
• Proven multi‑entity, multi‑currency consolidation experience.
