About the role
The Independent Food Company is a UAE‑based hospitality group behind the region’s most beloved brands – SALT, Parker’s, Somewhere, Public, Kumo and Shalwa. Each concept reflects our commitment to innovative experiences, community connection and high standards of service. We are expanding our culinary portfolio with Lebanese cuisine and are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our talented back‑of‑house team in Dubai. The role focuses on preparing authentic Lebanese dishes and maintaining high‑quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee a specific section of the kitchen and ensure high‑quality dish preparation.
- Lead and support junior kitchen staff.
- Contribute to the consistent delivery of outstanding culinary experiences.
