Chef de Partie – Specialty (Luxury Hotel)

About the role

Atlantis Resorts is seeking a talented Chef de Partie – Specialty to join its world‑class culinary team at the iconic Atlantis, The Palm resort in Dubai. You will work in a fast‑paced, multicultural kitchen environment, supporting the creation of high‑quality dishes that reflect the resort’s bold flavours and luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage mise en place for the specialty section, ensuring all ingredients are ready for service.
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
• Assist the Chef de Cuisine in overseeing kitchen operations and adhering to health and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with the Sous Chef to develop and test new dishes and recipes.
• Coordinate with other kitchen stations to ensure smooth service flow.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in an international luxury hotel or fine‑dining restaurant.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a diverse team.
• Strong organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks during busy service periods.
• Passion for culinary creativity and continuous learning.
