Chief Capital Officer (CCO) – Institutional Capital, Trade Finance & Fundraising

About the role

SRC Ecosystem is an institutional-grade tokenized trade finance infrastructure that gives exporters and global trade participants access to liquidity through on-chain, compliant and structured trade finance. It sits at the intersection of trade finance and private credit, tokenized RWAs and institutional blockchain infrastructure. The Chief Capital Officer leads institutional capital strategy, including lender onboarding for trade finance and strategic fundraising for the SRC platform. This is a partner-level, revenue-driving executive role, open globally or remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Source, onboard and activate capital from private lenders, trade finance and credit funds, family offices, alternative lenders, banks and institutional investors, and turn lenders into repeat, active providers.
• Lead senior-level discussions with capital decision-makers and ensure consistent liquidity for tokenized trade finance opportunities.
• Match institutional capital to tokenized trade finance deals by risk/return profile, tenor and collateral, working with internal credit, risk and trade assessment teams.
• Support structured capital deployment, including single deals, pools and repeat allocations.
• Support seed and public token offerings, focusing on high-ticket strategic investors, institutional and family office allocations, and representing SRC in investor meetings alongside the executive team.
• Own lender-side revenue growth and capital inflows (TVL), optimize capital efficiency and pricing, and act as the institutional face of SRC at investor meetings, partnerships and industry events.

Required profile

• Senior background in trade finance, private credit or structured finance, institutional fundraising, banking or alternative lending.
• Strong network across funds, lenders, family offices or banks.
• Comfortable operating at C-level / partner level.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with performance-based upside.
• Experience with digital assets, tokenization or fintech is a strong plus but not mandatory.
