About the role
The Chief Executive Officer will lead the group’s overall strategy, performance, and expansion across existing and new hospitality and F&B concepts.
Key responsibilities
- Full P&L responsibility and oversight of operations, finance, brand, and growth.
- Standardise operations, strengthen leadership depth, and ensure profitability across the portfolio.
- Work closely with shareholders on expansion strategy, franchising, and regional growth.
- Act as the public face of the group with partners, landlords, and regulators.
Required profile
- Senior executive experience within hospitality, F&B, or multi‑brand consumer environments.
- Strong exposure to scaling restaurant or lifestyle concepts.
- Experience operating in the UAE market is highly preferred.
- Commercial discipline combined with brand sensitivity and people leadership.
- Board and investor‑facing experience is a strong advantage.
